I’m from Austin Texas. So, I have an unspoken rule when I travel...don’t try the BBQ no matter how good people say it is. Why? Because the stuff back home is always better. For the first time, I was wrong! This place is worth stopping for.The hubs and I ended up in West Yellowstone by accident after we messed up when booking our stay in Yellowstone. We were tired and found a motel nearby and we were starving. We noticed the reviews but the fact that Brisket was on the menu is what sparked my interest. We went two nights in a row. The brisket is perfect, dare I say it is on par with some of the best in Texas? Also do yourself a favor folks...STOP getting just lean Brisket! At the very least, get a mix, because fatty brisket is a must. We also ordered Ribs and pulled pork, both of which are some of the best i’ve ever had!If you are here on purpose or just passing through do yourself a favor and stop for some que!

It is the best Ribs I have ever tried, sadly I'm leaving here tomorrow. if I'm the resident of here I will definitely keep coming back to this wonderful restaurant, cause I'm already in love with their Ribs...Thumbs Up!

Some of the best ribs I've ever had, including my own. Excellent brisket, sausage and turkey too. The sides are top notch too, not an afterthought. If you are visiting Yellowstone, do yourself a favor and stop here before and after the park. The staff are really friendly and will accommodate any quantity of meat you want, no need to order a full plate, they even did a single slice of turkey for my kids.
